Our Team
Heidi Earle is our founder and an incredibly knowledgeable trainer with over 40 years of business experience. Having a keen interest in horses since a young age, she has dedicated her life to understanding horses and riders.
Santos Lamarca grew up around horses and has worked in the show jumping world since he was 19. Now, he trains alongside Heidi as well as running his own buisness, Stormfront Sales.
Alison Skapof has run our Pony Camp since 2009, giving her lots of experience in taking beginners and watching them grow into capable riders. While Heidi and Santos leave for the Winter seasons in Florida, Alison manages our home base.
Lynn Gaeckle-Avallone is an experienced trainer who is very familiar with the East Coast circuit. Lynn takes charge alongside Alison throughout the winter seasons, training our clients who choose to stay in New York.
